Come to think of it, there is another game I play that utilizes FMOD that had this same issue as well that I now recall. FMOD failed to initialize, just like here. The only solution that was available to fix it was to copy and paste the FMOD.dll from the previous version of the game, to the current version, and it worked.
If you want help here, more information is needed. Go to "C:\Users\your username\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" and open "game.log.txt" (NOT game.crash.txt), then post it to pastebin.com (split if too big) then post the link to that page here.
With the new update my game will now crash if I try and either visit a Mercedes dealer or use the "buy online" option. The only truck mod I have is the Scania R and S rework which I sold the truck, uninstalled the mod and reloaded the game and it still crashes. I've attached the crash log this is the first time I've had issues with ETS2 crashing. Any insight is appreciated.
If you get crashes even without mods, please post the game.crash.txt and game.log.txt files which can be found in "Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder. Start a new profile under 1.32 and try to replicate the issue. If the new profile had mods active, than it has to be mods.

The issue is due to a ton of missing mods. You apparently removed mods without selling all the modded parts first. Due to that the game tries to use a fallback truck but fails due to a different mod interfering with it and being outdated thus causing the game to crash.
Running latest version of the game, with ProMods and Project NG weather. If I decide to load a save in game (not necessarily because I've crashed and caused myself 37% damage or anything) the game will crash. This is the process: Decide to load a save. Press escape. In game menu appears. Click on Load / Save. Click on Load. Select Load point. First run the game in "windowed" mode. Once in windowed mode, make all the changes you want and it will not crash when you hit "apply" settings. The game just updated so you must have an incompatible mod. Check the game.log file in \documents\euro truck simulator 2\ to find out what is causing the crash. Reply reply
