Please let us know if THAT feature is not working on your vehicle. If the window went DOWN using the "hold mechanical key in CCW position" feature, then the window motor and its wiring are OK. The problem, as you describe, is in the Driver's Switch Cluster (A23b) as shown in the linked TIS circuit diagram.
