tailoring - armor and bags. weaponsmithing - swords, spear. huntsman - pistols, torch. artifcer - staff, scepter, focus, trident. jeweler - rings, earrings, necklace. Definitely take tailoring for your armor and bags. Then it depends on which weapons you like most. ultimateballoon 11 years ago #6.
Edits: many professions can wirhnvferybhu well for open world, and some for Open Worldn but depending on your goal, some are better than others. this. any class have more than one dps builds, so you can go into strikes/raids too, but there is different playstyle, feeling of the class, rangled/melee for openworld etc
Or a few you enjoy and then choosing between them. This game offers a lot of flexibility in how you do things, even in the most difficult content, so it's pretty rare that there's only one profession which is acceptable (and even then it's not the only one that can do the job, just the current 'flavour of the month').
If you have 1 heal skill, 3 utilities and 1 elite skill how many builds can you make? Just 1. If you have 2 heal skills, 6 utilities, and 2 elites, how many builds can you make? 80. Now your examples, and more closely related to the sample size of the game: If you have 4 heal skills, 20 utilities and 4 elite skills how many builds can you make
