You can also give your companions some specifics with how they recruit such as: Culture. Basic troop tree vs. Nobel troop tree. Amount of gold to spend. How long they should spend recruiting. Your companion will then leave your party and simulate travelling to the nearest settlements of the selected culture.

This version adds in a new hire cost mechanic to each NPC. This feature is based off of Bannerlord's which typically makes cost only matter based on the equipment cost depending on each culture and not skill level.
